I got this depression/anxiety thing down to perfection. Had three panic attacks at work and no one noticed.

I keep having dreams about my abuser and the past, but.. about half way through I’m the age I am now, an adult and stronger than them, but it’s still happening and I can’t.. push them off. I try to punch, and bite, but literally everything is dodged, however, I can’t not be touched anywhere.

It’s horrifying.

Then I try and tell my father and something horrible happens. He doesn’t believe me, he found out too soon and I’m not ready, I get hurt for it, I lose everyone….

It’s horrible. I don’t even want to sleep.
